Washed and Cooked rice (As per the quantity you require. But the ratio of rice: water should be 1:1 for fried rice)
2 onions ,finely chopped,
2 carrots,finely chopped,
finely chopped green chillies(as per your taste)
1/2 cup beans,finely chopped,
salt as per your taste,
soy sauce,
few msg crystals

1>Clean and cook the rice with the ratio of rice:water as 1:1 (for fried rice)
2>Heat frying pan,add 3-4 tbsp of oil, add cut onions,green chillies,cut vegetables and salt and fry.
3>Add cooked rice to the fried ingredients and add soy sauce and msg crystals and mix.
4>Serve hot with Ketchup/Sauce
